The Societies of Photographers

I joined the Societies of Photographers a few months ago so that i could increase my network of fellow professionals.  I also liked the idea of being able to enter the monthly competitions and have my work assessed by a panel of professional photographers.  Images are awarded either Highly Commended Awards or Gold Awards.  I was delighted to receive three Highly Commended awards at my first attempt and even more pleased to receive a Gold Award the following month.  The successful images are in the gallery below for you to look at.
